Guldjian Fasel Accident Attorneys is Hiring a Litigation Attorney Near Costa Mesa, CA

We're a growing personal injury law firm seeking a litigation attorney with at least three years experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage case files throughout the litigation stage
  • Daft and file complaints
  • Propound and respond to discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Prepare and attend mediations and court hearings
  • Develop trial strategies
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process

Qualifications:

  • In good standing with the California State Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
